Recipe – easy-peasy croissant croutonsPosted: 05/12/2012
I needed some croutons to go with a salad I made the other day though didn’t have any bread at home other than some croissants so thought I would make do with what I had and they came out so well I though I would share my recipe!
2 large or 4 small croissants, chopped with a pair of scissors into crouton-sized chunks.
2 x tablespoons olive oil
pinch of salt
black pepper to taste.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Transfer contents to a baking sheet and bake in an oven at approx 180C for roughly 10 minutes or until golden, turning occassionally.
